As a Personal Trainer, my job is to meet you where you are and design a movement style and program that fits your needs.
It’s easy to fall out of the habit of exercising—or to get stuck doing the same routine over and over. Repetition and stagnation are the enemies of results. A well-structured program that progresses over time, challenges both body and mind, and stays engaging can transform your strength, energy, and confidence.
With one-to-one coaching, you’ll get the benefits of a tailored exercise plan without the stress of figuring it all out yourself. I’ll take into account everything that can affect your performance—sleep, stress, family commitments, workload, injuries, illness, or even hormonal changes—so that your training always supports your lifestyle.
My goal is to help you become the most physically capable and confident version of yourself—and to make sure we have fun along the way.
I can train you at home or in a local park, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

Personal Training
PT - Exercise programming and instruction to help you achieve your goals, and to find, or reconnect with, an enthusiasm for movement.
Exercise for Older Populations - if you are returning to exercise after a sedentary period, or are starting exercise for the first time, or going through the menopause, together we can train your body to help you gain strength which will support your mind and body as you age.
Pre & Postnatal Care - having a baby is the most beautiful and life changing experience. The physical transformation a woman goes through is remarkable. I am here to support you through pregnancy, post birth recovery and motherhood, with exercises that will ground you, encourage your rehabilitation, and build strength and resilience.
Cancer in Exercise - cancer affects 1 in 2 people in the UK. Exercise can be an empowering tool for an individual during and post cancer treatment. CanRehab training allows me to work with people throughout their cancer journey; during treatment, to aid recovery and rehabilitation from surgery, and post surgery. We can work together to find exercises that suit your needs in order to strengthen and support your body. (NB Cancer in exercise research is developing all the time, therefore this qualification needs to be updated every three years. I will be updating my qualification Winter 2025)
Session rate £65
All personal training sessions are 60 minutes. There is a 24hour cancellation policy.
